Purchase Orders

Books are ordered through Lulu Publishing, an On-Demand Publisher.  Books purchased through Lulu are printed as they are ordered. Because of the production expense of print on demand manufacturing, Lulu cannot cancel orders, accept returns or provide refunds on these products.  If you receive a book that is damaged in some way (missing, torn, loose pages, etc.), Lulu will be happy to provide a replacement copy.

We now offer a 40% discount on the reading program for twenty-five or more copies.

Lulu accepts purchase orders by reputable book stores and other corporate entities as approved on a case by case basis.

All purchase orders must include the following:

• Purchase order (PO) number
• Complete bill-to and ship-to addresses with phone and fax numbers
• Federal EIN

• Complete description of the item(s) being ordered (see below):

Lulu's payment terms are generally Due Upon Receipt, but Lulu reserves the right to require pre-payment and will contact you should your purchase order be declined.
